1. License grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and this EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the App except as permitted by applicable law.
2. AI generated content is provided as is and may be inaccurate or objectionable
Prismara sends your messages to third party AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to generate responses. You understand and agree that:
- AI generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or offensive, and may not be appropriate for every situation.
- AI output is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind.
- You should not rely on AI output for professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or safety critical decisions) and should independently verify important information.
- You are solely responsible for how you use any output.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to create, request, transmit, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that targets or endangers others;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- contains malware, or attempts to breach, disrupt, or abuse the App or its providers;
- attempts to circumvent safety systems or generate content prohibited by the AI providers policies.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content (Apple Guideline 1.2)
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. The App provides tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users.
When a report is received, the Developer will act on it, including removing the offending content and ejecting or banning the user responsible where appropriate, within 24 hours of receiving the report. By using the App you agree to this enforcement.

5. Subscriptions and auto renewal
Prismara offers a free tier and optional auto renewing subscriptions:
- The App includes a free tier with credits usable immediately at no charge.
- Paid subscriptions are auto renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the then current price unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto renew, in iOS Settings, your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Prices, included credits, and subscription terms are shown in the App at the point of purchase. At launch the plans are: Free (500 monthly credits), Plus ($2.99 per month, 5,000 credits), and Pro ($7.99 per month, 15,000 credits).
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.
6. Disclaimers
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING AI GENERATED OUTPUT, ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP OR ANY AI OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THE DEVELOPER TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
8. Apple as third party beneficiary
This EULA is between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
9. Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access for violations of Section 3 or 4. Upon termination you must stop using the App.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the Developer state of residence, without regard to conflict of law rules, and consistent with applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this EULA limits any non waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
11. Changes
The Developer may update this EULA. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notice in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated EULA.
